I have been a physical therapist since 2014 and have been specializing in pelvic health since 2015. Since graduating from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, I have worked with a variety of patients and conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, headache, vertigo, pelvic pain, incontinence, diastasis recti...you name it, I've probably come across it!
I am also an adjunct professor at UTHSC for their Physical Therapy Department. My mission is to not only offer compassionate care in my community but also to provide quality education for future practitioners.
I am happily married to my husband of 10 years and together we have the spunkiest 3-year-old little girl. We love spending time together and playing with our two rescue pups, Lexie and Bowser!
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science in 2013 and went on to get my PTA license in 2015. I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare and I am so glad that I have this outlet that allows me to help others in a way they may not have thought possible for themselves.
I was born and raised in Memphis, married into the military, and moved to the east coast for a few years. Now, we are back home forever! I have a wonderful husband, a sweet and sassy daughter, and a baby boy on the way - as well as 2 sweet fur babies. I love doing photography on the side and spending time making memories with my sweet little family.
